Through hands-on gardening experiences, learners discover where food comes from and how it supports the health of our mind, body, heart, and spirit. Rotating 8-week themes explore planting, growing, harvesting, nutrition, and environmental stewardship while fostering responsibility, patience, gratitude, and a deeper connection to nature. At AUM, gardening becomes a pathway to holistic wellness and lifelong learning.
